As Nang completes its first two years on the planet, things are going pretty well. We are not getting rich in financial terms but the love of the music and plaudits are warming our souls to the core. Along the way we have also managed to work with some amazing artists and introduce some mighty-fine new ones to the world. So it is with great pleasure that we bring you the 2nd installment of our 'Array' series. The CD features 11 of the finest moments from Nang. This vinyl sampler takes four of those more dancefloor leaning tracks and gets the cutting needle busy on the vinyl. First up we head off to Argentina for a most glorious slice of tear-jerking, synth pop, 'Avila' from Nuuro. If it's euphoric synthesizer pads that float your boat then this is one for you. The vinyl version of Array 2 features the Lusty Zanzibar remix which keeps 100% of the uplifting feeling but adds in some more dancefloor friendly beats and grooves. Next we head off to Lithuania for some fine Baltic Disco. Proper Heat serve up their low-slung, disco-electro grooves all tied up in a great song (with vocals from Martin Virgin). Label cool-cat Toby Tobias is next with his ever so funky 'Fluffy Fruit'. Whilst we are at the topic of pitch-bend, to round things off we have a previously unreleased remix from Justus Kohncke with the classic 'Deliverance' from French hipsters Space. With this version Justus takes the hyper-soulful Madeline Bell vocals and takes them to a place they have never been before. Big growly analog grooves are the order of the day. These four vinyl sampler tracks are taken from the CD 'Nang Presents The Array Volume 2'.
